Business Case
Jiaheyumao Hong Kong City is located in a key area of the Dadukou Commercial District. It is the first business complex built on the basis of an urban tramway in Chongqing. Covering an area of 350,000 m², this complex comprises a residential building, a hotel, a shopping mall and a business plaza. Veolia is responsible for the management of the air-conditioning system and the supply of cooling, heating and sanitary hot water to the hotel and shopping mall, which cover 100,000 m². Veolia has installed gas-fired trigeneration equipment which supplies several energies and efficiently optimizes operations and reduces the carbon footprint.
Indoor air quality service
