Between June 5 and July 5, more than 400 Veolia’s employees around the world shared their best nature photographs portraying the Group's solutions to protect it. Ten photos and a ‘special mention’ were selected by a panel of seven experts. From August 31 and for a month, the winning photos will be exhibited, in large format, at the REcyclerie in Paris and then at Veolia’s headquarters in October.

A touring exhibition at the Recyclerie and at Veolia’s headquarters
From August 31 and for a month, the ten winning photographs will be exhibited, in large format, at the REcyclerie in Paris. Then, they will be exhibited at Veolias’s headquarters in Aubervilliers, and some will even be featured on the UN website.
A panel of 7 external and internal experts
The winning photos were selected by a panel of seven experts, including a member of La REcyclerie, a member of the United Nations Environment Programme, and Veolia employees from the Strategy, Sustainable Development, and Communications departments.
‘As a partner of Veolia, La REcyclerie is delighted to host the exhibition of the competition’s winning photos. As a member of the panel, the competition’s ten themes allowed me to appreciate how much the Group's employees are involved in protecting nature’
Marion Bocahut, Project Manager at the Recyclerie de Paris
‘This competition, organized by Veolia with the support of the United Nations Environment Programme, is part of the awareness-raising actions we are organizing for World Environment Day. As a member of the panel, I was delighted with the quality of the photos and the diversity of the solutions offered, which ranged from composting to the fight against plastic waste.’
Sophie Loran, UNEP Energy & Climate Communication Manager in Paris
